Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited under law. Any student found guilty will face immediate expulsion and legal action as per the Anti-Ragging Act.
At Thirumalai Srinivasa Para Medical Institution, School of Nursing, discipline is regarded as the cornerstone of professional growth. Every student is expected to maintain a high standard of behavior both inside and outside the campus. The following rules govern disciplinary conduct:
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited under law. Any student found guilty will face immediate expulsion and legal action as per the Anti-Ragging Act.
Students must treat all faculty members, non-teaching staff, hospital personnel, patients, and fellow students with respect and politeness.
Any act of misbehavior, harassment, Ragging or intimidation—verbal, physical activities, or online—will be dealt with severely.
Vandalism, theft, or damage to hospital equipment is a serious offense and will require full compensation in addition to disciplinary measures.
Possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly forbidden and will lead to expulsion.
Students must not engage in any activity, including social media posts, that tarnishes the image or reputation of the institution.
Students must follow lawful instructions given by the management, principal, faculty, or hospital authorities promptly and respectfully.
Habitual absenteeism, chronic late arrivals, or repeated violation of academic or clinical rules will be viewed as serious misconduct.
As future healthcare professionals, students must uphold honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior in all aspects of their education and patient care.
