Admission Procedures

Step-by-Step Admission Process

  • Availability of Application Forms -

    Application forms and the college prospectus are available at the college office during working hours. Applicants can collect the form in person or request it via post (if applicable).

  • Filling the Application -

    Candidates must fill in the application form carefully and accurately, providing personal, academic, and contact details. All required documents must be enclosed along with the application.

  • Submission of Application -

    Completed application forms must be submitted at the college admission office within the stipulated deadline. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • Scrutiny of Applications -

    The Selection Committee of the School of Nursing will scrutinize all applications to ensure eligibility as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview process.

  • Interview & Counseling -

    Eligible candidates will undergo an in-person interview conducted by the selection panel. The interview will assess communication skills, aptitude for nursing, and commitment to the profession. Counseling sessions will be held to guide candidates About the course structure, curriculum, facilities, and Careers opportunities.

  • Selection & Admission Confirmation -

    Admission is offered based on merit (academic performance in qualifying examinations) and interview results. Selected candidates will be notified via official communication and will be required to confirm their admission within the specified time.

  • Payment of Fees -

    Candidates must pay the prescribed admission fee to secure their seat. Fee receipts will be issued for all payments made to the institution.

  • Submission of Original Documents -

    Selected students must submit the original copies of required documents (mark sheets, transfer certificate, community certificate, medical certificate, etc.) for verification.

  • Orientation Program -

    All newly admitted students must attend the Orientation Program, where they will be introduced to faculty members, institutional policies, rules & regulations, and academic schedules.

Important Notes

Admissions are conducted under Government Quota and Management Quota as per Tamil Nadu Nursing Council and INC regulations. Seats are allotted strictly on merit; the institution does not accept capitation fees. Any false information or forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
